The race is limited to 300 runners. Registration is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once this limit is reached, registration will be closed.
No transfers or refunds.
This is a 14-kilometer point-to-point style trail run. Runners will ride the mandatory shuttle from the Cannery District to the start line in Sypes Canyon. Participants will run a 0.5-mile section of Sypes Canyon Rd at the start before running the Foothills trail for the rest of the race to finish at the M Trailhead. The course is primarily moderately technical singletrack with rolling climbs through pine forests, bubbling mountain streams and stunning views of the Gallatin Valley and mountain ranges beyond. The course climbs a total of 2,020 feet and reaches a maximum elevation of 6,732 feet.
Shuttle Departure From Cannery District: 8:45AM
Start Time: ~10:00AM
There will be two (2) light aid stations along the course. Volunteers will hike water into these stations. Both will be stocked with limited water and gatorade.
There will be a BRC trailer near the start line for runners to drop any gear bags while they are running. Your gear bags will be waiting for you at the finish line.
You may pick your race packet up at Bozeman Running Co. on Saturday, October 13th from 10:00AM - 7:00PM
*BRC is located at 126 East Main Street, downtown Bozeman
**There is a limited packet pickup for out-of-towners at the fairgrounds shuttle area from 8:00AM - 8:30AM. You may have a family member or friend pick your packet up for you during the Saturday packet pick-up hours.
PARKING + MADATORY SHUTTLE
Parking and mandatory shuttle will take place in the large fairgrounds parking lot directly south of the Cannery District on Oak St. (This is also called the Bridger Bowl carpool lot.)
Buses will depart the fairgrounds parking lot at 8:45AM. If you miss the shuttle, you miss the race. All runners must have their bibs visible to load the buses! - there will be an event staff member checking for bibs.
AWARDS, SWAG & AFTER PARTY
After crossing the finish line at the M Trailhead, runners will take the rotating shuttle back to the fairgrounds parking area. (Shuttle will rotate in 20-30 minute increments)
After party and awards will be at 406 Brewing Company! Join us for music, door prizes, cornhole and drinks! (21+)
